This is a distinctive oak extract flavouring used to oak age spirits and wines.

Shake the 50 ml bottle well before use.

Ideal for Brandy, Whiskey, Dark Rum and Bourbon.

Add 1-5 miL per 1.0 Litre of spirit & adjust to taste.

Store spirit for 7-10 days to allow oak character to fully mature.
